rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom, additional
guests are US$10 per person per night. A deposit
of 50% is required upon booking.
Guests cancelling up to 30 days before their reservations
date will have 50% of their deposit returned, guests
cancelling after that
time will not have their deposits returned.

House and Bungalow
The
Beach House is situated at the front of the property
and is split into two units.
The
upper unit has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms,
full kitchen, dining area and patio.
The lower unit is the same.
The Bungalow is situated behind the Beach House and has
one bedroom with two double beds, bathroom and full kitchen
with dining area.
