Here is a graphical rendering of the general possible look of such a pier as well as the privatization of parts of the bay, including by Puerto Mío/Punta del Mar who have destroyed Playa Almacén, altered the bay's natural flow with their jetty and are in the process of ruining Playa Contramar by building on it and altering the beach, which they've essentially privatized.
