Steve, we stayed there for two weeks this month and really enjoyed them. There were some barking dogs next door, but Sra Guadalupe took care of them. I think she is pretty particular as to who she takes as we saw a fewpeople come in off the street and get turned away even though there were empty rooms.
If you do stay there for any length of time ask her about buying a 19litre jug of purified water - cheaper than the 4 litre ones on the street.
