Yes, I'm talking about municipal pollution. Cruise ships dumping waste is another matter.
I'm saying that if a cruise line knew that municipal waste was being dumped in the Bay and they didn't inform their passengers they could expose themselves to a law suit in the U.S., if one or more passengers got sick.
